可見光/UV分光光度計 Genesys G150 UV-Vis 完整涵蓋 190-1100nm 波長範圍。一般分光光度計 (簡稱為分光計或分光儀)，依不同波長測量範圍可分為 “可見光分光光度計” (320-1100nm) 及 “UV紫外線分光光度計” (190-1100nm)。是利用特定藥劑添加至待測樣本後，使樣本中的某種成份或物質，在某個波長下產生最佳吸光度 (ABS)，藉測量該物質對特定波長的吸收度，即可精確得知其濃度值。有時常用已知光譜作為 “未知樣本” 的判別依據，此測定方法需正確配製待測樣本在不同濃度下的濃度曲線，即建立檢量線 (標準曲線)。
